This Sisdam Technology solution for electronic document management and quality procedures was introduced before the beginning the ISO certification process, thus reducing the amount of time it took. "If we consider the electronic creation and approval of documents and the possibility of making them available on the network - as the software allows us -, we can state with certainty that the time involved was reduced significantly.
Today, this software is responsible for the control of over 7,000 documents divided between the two units. It also makes available the quality handbook, administrative procedures, medical procedures, performance indicators and even institutional indicators for the entire organization.

History:
The hospital launched its activities in 1938, when it was just a small polyclinic. In 1940, it became a GUARD DUTY unit, and was named Beneficencia Médica Brasileira Ltda. It had 12 beds.
Twenty years later, San Luis became a general hospital with 80 beds. In 1983, the San Luis Maternity Ward was created; it is considered the benchmark in the sector. It has one of the best Neonatology services in the country.
In 1996, the Diagnosis Center was inaugurated, with modern facilities and equipment for carrying out medical examinations and treatments.
At present, the Beneficencia Médica Brasileira S.A. - San Luis Hospital and Maternity Ward - has two hospital units in San Pablo and is considered to be one of the most advanced hospital centers in the country.
