A tool designed to add flexibility to Lotus Notes application programming and use. This software component offers the following features that enhance application development;
• One or more views placed inside a form
• Ability to show pop-up views
• Dynamically filter the content of these views
• Include views in Lotus Notes as well as other Activex technology enabled applications.
Loyal View+ has a robust, broad and flexible programming interface that permits the developer to have;
• Effective control over the application
• A highly customizable user environment
• The events control for common user actions
• Complete handling of most of the aspects involved in a view definition.
Loyal View + does not allow to display documents from multiple databases in one view.
Business Partners and developers as a whole will be able to increase flexibility in application design beyond the existing limitations. This in turn will allow for reduced costs in application development, resulting in solutions that are less complex to the end user and more scalable. Loyal View+ is licensed per-seat; therefore there must be one license per each computer it is installed on (as well as every organization sub-unit). A dll file must be installed in every user computer that will access the server. In order to be able to use Loyal View+ in an organization, a "key file" must be requested to Sisdam Technology that will enable said organization to use the product. Remote access will not work properly without this installed. The installation is very simple and does not require assistance.
There is a special license for developers, free of charge available for Lotus or IBM Business Partners. This enables use of the tool for application developers for testing using their organization name.
